In 1985, Bataka, a company based in Cuarnavaca, Morelos, started manufacturing maps jigsaw puzzles and along with that, they also started manufacturing home decor items and furniture. In 2010, they start manufacturing led illuminated resin artwork and artistic jigsaw puzzles for children and adults. All Bataka’s jigsaw puzzles are airbrushed, and each one of them is a considered a piece of art. They are interesting and innovative, and they come in one or more levels of difficulty. This is a Taxco Jigsaw Puzzle. Taxco is a small and colorful village located in the mountains of the State of Morelos. It is artistic, it can be used as a decorative item, or simply as a recreational item. Made of MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), airbrushed and finished with a layer of lacquer.
