Café Salumán was born from the Nutritionist Flor de María Pérez’s concern for diabetes. Salumán coffee is considered a food supplement for being an innovative formula that uses Chiapas’ coffee as a vehicle of wellness properties to people. Some of its properties come from the stevia green leafs, moringa leafs, silymarin and magnesium chloride. Café Salumán is a strategic proposal that wants to help in diabetes treatment of patients, inspired by the commitment and attention given to diabetic and overweight individuals.
